The reservation process is simple for your customers. They select the date and time based on your schedule and availability. Payment collection is controlled by you. If you wish full or partial payment, we connect your customers to your personal or business PayPal account. All transactions are between your customer and you only.

We have been told that using the Octomize scheduling service has virtually eliminated the extra time and phone expense booking appointments. It seems the customers want to "ask just one question" and then one more. The manual appointment booking process turns into 20 minutes of time and usually long distance phone charges. Confirmation emails contain the normal order information and two extra links. The Reschedule link allows your customer the freedom to cancel and reschedule. The cancellation is automatically controlled by your cancellation policy. The second link is to a map to help your customer locate your business.
The confirmation emails, like this example, are branded with your company image, company name, and company tag line.

You can include special instructions as an attachment to this order confirmation email. These instructions may include another map, proper attire, what to bring, and special notes.
